Assisted Living Programs
Assisted Living Programs provides a number of different services to meet the needs of people with a disability including, Mental Illness, Autism, Intellectual Disability and Acquired Brain Injury.
Mental Health Respite Program:
In partnership with Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre, The Mental Health Respite Program provides respite to carers of people with Mental Health Issues, Autism Spectrum, Aspergers Syndrome or Intellectual Disability.
Respite can include:
- In Home Respite
- Community Access
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
Direct Support Program
The Direct Support Program is a brokerage service which provides specialist care to people with a disability. The service is dedicated to providing professional services 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you at the time that best suits you
These services include:
- Personal Care
- Social Support
- Domestic Assistance
- Transport Support
- Community Access
- In Home Respite
- Independent Living Skills
Acquired Brain Injury Independent Living Program:
The Acquired Brain Injury Service is a support service for people with an Acquired Brain Injury and their families.
The service can provide:
- assistance with living skills and skill development
- support to access recreation, leisure, community and social activities and groups
- an information and referral service
- case management
- community education on a range of brain injury related topics
This program is free for people who receive a Disability Support Pension
